DELIVERY – with a wide variety of vehicles we can deliver what you want, where you want it, when you want it!

• We have a fleet of over 16 delivery vehicles including, 6 Dump Flat-beds, Tractor trailer with fork lift on back, 4 box trucks, cube van, 2 pick-up trucks, truss trailer, and 2 services vans
• all orders over $250.00 are delivered free of charge within a 45 mile radius of downtown Rochester
• For oders under $250.00 there is an $18.00 delivery charge

BLUE PRINT TAKE-OFF – we want you to know what you are getting and what your money is going towards

• one-on-one consultation with a member of our sales staff to go over the specifications of your project
• complete take-off of framing material, roof trusses, exterior & interior trim, window’s & door’s (interior & exterior), and stairs
• the salesman you start with will stay with you throughout your entire project so they are able to answer any questions you may have through out the building process
• blue print copying/scanning – we will be happy to make a copy of your blue print for $1.00/page or scan your print into electronic form for free
