CUSTOM MILLWORK
Although our custom millwork shop uses everything from a turn of the century mortise & tennon machine to a state of the art computerized CNC router to create products derived from imagination that solve construction challenges.
Our master craftsmen can fabricate curved jambs & casings, custom newel posts, custom railing, curved stair railing with matching noising, custom pediments, historical millwork, custom wooden storm windows and screens, custom brackets, and much more!
Our custom capabilities stretch far beyond traditional wood millwork. With materials such as MDF, PVC, and composites we are increasingly able to build products that can defy the rules of traditional construction as well as combat the elements. We can heat it, bend it, mould it, or machine it into just about any profile and shape that your project requires.
More than just aesthetics, we’ll solve functional problems as well.
We recently designed and produced an R-42 weather-stripped, fire rated attic access system, which has been approved by the NYS Division of Building Standards & Codes for both commercial and residential applications.
